Muay Thai Kickboxing (Ages 13+)

Muay Thai is the traditional martial art sport from Thailand. It focuses on the development of strikes using the “8 Points” of the human body most designed for impact – Hands, feet (or shin), elbows, and knees. The style tends to focus on power strikes, particularly kicks, elbows, and knees, and is an excellent method of fighting as well as one of the best ways of getting in shape. The Hawkstorm Academy Muay Thai program is perfect for the individual who wants to get in shape and learn some good skills, but is not interested in dedicating the energy required for progression in the Warrior Program.

Women’s Only Kickboxing (Ages 13+)

Women's Kickboxing Class The Women’s Kickboxing class is excellent for those ladies out there who want to get in great shape in an environment where you can train together without fear of getting hurt. You will develop basic skills along the way and is an excellent method of preparing for the other Hawkstorm Academy classes should you choose to do so. Each class will include fitness, kickboxing, and elements of self-defense specifically designed for women.

Elite Conditioning

You just thought you were in shape! The Elite Conditioning program is designed to push you until you think you can’t do anymore…and then push you farther. This is an excellent program for anyone wishing to get into top shape or as a supplement to any other regimen at Hawkstorm Academy. It will be particularly useful for the student enrolled in the Warrior Program who wants to get ready for the conditioning requirements for their next rank testing. At the same time, anyone simply looking for a total workout will enjoy the results, even if you don’t always enjoy the pain.

Hawkstorm Bootcamp

The Hawkstorm Bootcamp class is a step down in intensity from the Elite Conditioning regimen, but still offers a great workout to supplement your training in other classes. We will introduce you to various exercises taken directly from elite military and athletics in order help you get into the best shape of your life. A “mild” version of a military style atmosphere will give you a beginner taste of what members of elite teams go through to get them ready for the rigors of defending the country.

Don’t settle for so-called “bootcamp” workouts by instructors who have never actually been through any kind of bootcamp. Hawkstorm Bootcamp will build more than just fitness of the body, but fitness of the mind as well.
